Return & Refund Policy

Custom Items
Due to the unique nature of custom orders, we are unable to cancel or accept returns for these items. However, we are happy to offer replacements in case of defects or issues with the product.

Non-Custom Items
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any non-custom item. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Sale Items
While we accept returns for sale items, please note that free returns are not available for these purchases. Sale items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions.

Hygiene Products
We accept returns on hygiene products, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We offer store credit or a direct exchange, subject to product availability. Once we receive your return, the exchange or store credit will be processed promptly.

Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days, though this timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution. Refunds for orders processed through Afterpay may take longer.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate your return or exchange.
  2. For returns, we will provide a return package with detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label. For exchanges, we'll send an exchange package.
  3. Fill out the return form and ship the product back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account. If you’re requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement immediately, provided it is in stock.
